Content is moved into ContentGrid using a model of document types and relationships between those types.

2. Elevate

We extract the relevant entities from the document repository and create a meta-model, a formal and rich context for customer’s content.This stage can be iterated and re-executed, while adding context and information quality in every iteration.

3. Automate

Once the rich context has been established, documents can be classified, integrated with business processes, and protected automatically. Automations are basic but timesaving.

• New documents are classified and linked automatically.
• Data incoherence is automatically traced and corrected.
• GDPR and sensitivity protection is automated based upon rules and examples

4. Activate

People and partners get automatic notifications to drive business processes. Inconsistencies are flagged, and corrections are suggested. Content in ContentGrid will be used to automate (part of) important business documents.

• Documents route automatically in inbound and outbound processes.
• Complex documents can be generated (gen AI)
• Collaboration is facilitated by safe link sharing, automated document protection and anonymization/masking for controlled disclosure
